THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN FORT WORTH HAS ISSUED A
TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  645 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS
 
   ...BELL COUNTY
 
AT 555 PM CDT DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A TORNADO 3 MILES NORTHWEST OF THE
GROVE OR ABOUT 15 MILES NORTH OF BELTON.  THE TORNADO IS MOVING TO THE
SOUTH AT 20 MPH. THIS TORNADO THREATENS THE CITIES OF THE
GROVE...BELTON...TEMPLE AND LITTLE RIVER.  RESIDENT SHOULD TAKE COVER
NOW.   LARGE TREE DAMAGE AND A BARN BLOWN DOWN IN OGLESBY HAS BEEN REPOR
DBY STORM SPOTTERS.
 
THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM SITUATION.  ACT QUICKLY.  IF YOU ARE
IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF
AVAILABLE.  OTHERWISE...GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST
FLOOR POSSIBLE.  AVOID WINDOWS.  ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES
FOR A REINFORCED BUILDING OR GET INTO A DITCH OR CULVERT.
