IN NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS ...EASTERN MONTAGUE COUNTY AT 817 PM CDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO NEAR SAINT JO...MOVING TO THE EAST-SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
