AT 442 PM...RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR BUFFALO MOVING TO
THE EAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR. LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS CAN BE
EXPECTED WITH THIS STORM.

DISTURBANCE COMBINES WITH A MOIST AND UNSTABLE AIRMASS OVER THE
