000 TTAA00 KFTW 120256 RRA SVRFTW TXC207-120345- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE FORT WORTH TX 955 PM CDT WED JUN 11 1997 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN FORT WORTH HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1045 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS ...HASKELL COUNTY AT 955 PM ... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 15 MILES WEST OF HASKELL. THIS STORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 30 MILES PER HOUR. WIND GUST OF 60 MILES PER HOUR CAN BE EXPECTED AS THE STORMS PASSES. THIS SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND AND LARGE HAIL. A TORNADO WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOpR PARTS OF NORTH TEXAS. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS OCCASIONALLY PRODUCE TORNADOES WITH LITTLE ADVANCE WARNING. REMAIN ALERT TO RAPIDLY CHANGING WEATHER CONDITIONS.

THERE IS A SLIGHT RISK OF SEVERE WEATHER FOR THE NORTH-CENTRAL SECTIONS OF NORTH TEXAS EARLY TONIGHT.
