FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1245 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN NORTHEAST TEXAS
 
   ...DELTA COUNTY
 
WATER WAS RISING OVER THE INTERSECTION OF HIGHWAY 24 AND FM 1528 AT
KLONDIKE. WATER IN THIS AREA WILL CONTINUE TO RISE AS ADDITIONAL
MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN IS LIKELY FOR THE NEXT ONE TO THREE HOURS. OTHER
LOW LYING AREAS IN DELTA COUNTY WILL ALSO BECOME FLOODED.
 
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
