AT 755 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN AREA
OF HEAVY RAIN AND STRONG THUNDERSTORMS MOVING TOWARD PALESTINE.
ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH MID
MORNING ON ALREADY SATURATED SOIL CONDITIONS. HIGH WATER CONTINUES OVER
SEVERAL COUNTY AND FARM TO MARKET ROADWAYS FROM HEAVY RAINS OF 5 TO 7
INCHES OVERNIGHT.
 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
