FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  915 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS
 
   ...NAVARRO COUNTY
 
DOPPLER RADAR HAS DETECTED AN INTENSE THUNDERSTORM OVER CORSICANA MOVING
VERY LITTLE. THIS STORM HAS PRODUCED AN ESTIMATED 3 AND I/2 INCHES OF
RAINFALL IN THE PAST HOUR.  STORM SPOTTERS REPORT THAT HIGHWAY 31 EAST OCORSICANA HAS OVER 6 INCHES OF RUNOFF OVER THE ROADWAY. A SECOND HEAVY
RAIN PRODUCING THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED ABOUT 15 MILES NORTH
OF CORSICANA...ALSO MOVING LITTLE.
 
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER jGROUND.
