AT 210 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED 4 TO 6 INCHES OF RAIN OVER EASTERN JOHNSON COUNTY DURING THE LAST 18 HOURS ...RESULTING IN SOME ROAD CLOSURES.
