SOUTH DAKOTA/NORTHWEST IOWA/SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA FORECAST DISCUSSION NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE SIOUX FALLS SD 1000 PM CDT TUE JUL 15 1997 THE UPPER RIDGE WILL DOMINATE THE PATTERN. THE CURRENT TRW EAST OF THE CENTRAL ROCKIES SHOULD MOVE ESE AND IS NOT A THREAT. ALSO IT WILL LIKELY DIE OUT WITH LOSS OF DAYTIME HEATING. THERE IS A VERY OUTSIDE CHANCE OF GETTING TRW SKIRTING EDGE OF CAP TO THE NORTH AND SNEAKING INTO THE CWA LATE TONIGHT... BUT NOT ENOUGH CHANCE TO PUT INTO THE FORECAST.
