ETA SOLUTION SUGGESTS THE RIM COUNTRY TO BE THE FOCUS FOR DECENT
CONVECTION FRIDAY AFTN...WITH SCATTERED TS ACROSS THE REST OF THE
CWFA. THE MAIN AREA OF CONCERN DURING THIS TIME IS THE KAIBAB AND
COCONINO PLATEAUS WHERE H6 ETA UVV/RH FIELD LOOKS POTENTIALLY
INTERESTING. IN ANY CASE...THE EXPECTED WX COVERED WELL WITH
SCATTERED WORDING EACH AFTERNOON THROUGH THE FCST PD. PERTURBATIONS
IN THE FLOW THAT MIGHT DRIVE NIGHT TIME CONVECTION...AS WE'VE SEEN
MANY NIGHTS LATELY...ARE HARD TO DETECT SO A MORE DIURNAL PATTERN OF
CLOUD DEVELOPMENT LOOKS TO BE IN THE WORKS. THE AVN VORTICITY FIELD
LOOKS PRETTY BORING AND SUPPORTS THE DIURNAL PATTERN I'M THINKING
ABOUT.

PRECIPITABLE WATER DOESN'T CHANGE MUCH...LI'S STAY LOW OVER WRN AZ
AND CHANGE LITTLE OVER THE FLG CWFA...H7 THTE DOESN'T CHANGE MUCH AND
THE PROGGED SOUNDINGS STAY FAIRLY MOIST OVER THE NORTHLAND. ALL OF
THIS POINTS TO A STATUS QUO FORECAST CALLING FOR FEW MORNING CLOUDS
AND SCATTERED AFTN SH AND TS ALONG HIGHER TERRAIN...WITH ISOLATED SH
AND TS MOST OTHER AREAS. AGAIN...THE AREA TO WATCH IN THE FLG CWFA
WILL BE ZONES 4-7 AND MAYBE 15.

TEMPS LOOK LIKE THERE WILL BE LITTLE CHANGE...PERHAPS SLIGHT WARMING
THROUGH THE WEEKEND DUE TO MOSTLY SUNNY MORNING SKIES. WINDS NOT
EXPECTED TO EXCEED 15 MPH...SO NO WORRIES THERE.

IN THE EXTENDED...CARRYING THE TYPICAL SORT OF S(CATTERED AFTERNOON
WORDING SHOULD TAKE US THROUGH THE WEEKEND. THE MRF HINTING AT
BREAKING DOWN THE RIDGE OUT BY DAY 7+.
