IN CENTRAL ARIZONA ...NORTHEASTERN YAVAPAI COUNTY AT 255 PM MST...HEAVY RAIN WAS CONTINUING IN THE CAMP VERDE AREA. A SPOTTER REPORTED NEARLY 2 INCHES OF RAI N IN 30 MINUTES. DON'T DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROAD! IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY. MOVE UPHILL TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.

MOISTURE PLUME CORRESPONDS SOMEWHAT WITH THTE RIDGE...GOT GOOD LITTLE TRIGGER GOING THROUGH WESTERN AZ...AND PW VALUES APPROACHING OR OVER ONE INCH IN MANY AREAS. MANY AREAS IN OUR CWA NEARLY SATURATED AS WELL. EASTERN RIM WILL FIRE LATER TAFTN AS OPPOSED TO YESTERDAY. ALL FIRST PERIOD TRENDS BASED ON MOVEMENT OF YAVAPAI VORT AND RAMSDIS/RADAR IMAGES.
