IN NORTHWEST MINNESOTA ...POLK COUNTY AT 640 PM CDT DARAD INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 7 MILES WEST OF MENTOR...OR 38 MILES EAST SOUTHEAST OF GRAND FORKS. THE STORM WAS MOVING NORTHWEST AT 15 MPH. THE TOWN OF MARCOUX IS IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM. THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM...SEEK SHELTER NOW. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...THE SAFEST PLACE IS A BASEMENT.
