IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA ...PEMBINA COUNTY AT 514 AM CDT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR OLGA ON THE PEMBINA/CAVALIER COUNTY BORDER...OR 40 MILES NORTHWEST OF GRAFTON. THE STORM WAS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 40 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL REACH WALLHALLA BY 530 AM CDT. WHEN THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING...MOVE INTO A STRONG BUILDING.
