IN NORTHWEST MINNESOTA ...WESTERN PENNINGTON COUNTY...WESTERN POLK COUNTY AT 928 PM...RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 11 MILES SOUTHWEST OF THIEF RIVER FALLS MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.
