AT 143 PM...RADAR INDICATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS 5 MILES NORTHEAST OF
VALLEY CITY AND 20 MILES NORTHEAST OF VALLEY CITY. THESE STORMS ARE
MOVING TO THE EAST AT 25 MPH. THE TOWNS OF PILLSBURY AND ORISKA
WILL BE EFFECTED BY THESE STORMS.

FORECAST PROBLEM FOR TONIGHT IS PCPN AND POTENTIAL FOR SVR. VIS AND IR
SATELLITE IMAGERY SHOW PRE-FRONTAL TROF EXTENDING ACROSS CENTRAL ND
WITH COLD FRONT JUST THROUGH THE NORTHWEST PART OF THE STATE. MODELS
INDICATE COLD FRONT MOVING INTO W MN BY MORNING WITH STRONG WINDS
CONTINUING AND SWITCHING TO THE NW AS THE FRONT PASSES. KMVX SHOWS AREA
OF TSRA DEVELOPING IN W PART OF CWFA.  WITH VWP HAVING GOOD SHEAR AND
STORMS MOVING FAIRLY QUICKLY E-NE (ABOUT 30 KTS) HAVE POTENTIAL FOR BOW
ECHO DEVELOPMENT AND DAMAGING WINDS ALONG THE DEVELOPING LINE. WILL
NEED TO KEEP CLOSE EYE ON LINE AS IT MOVES INTO THE MORE FAVORABLE
MOISTURE AND SHEAR ENVIRONMENT IN E ND.  WITH LATEST ADAP CHARTS
INDICATING LIS LESS THAN -4 AND THE SURFACE MOISTURE CONVERGENCE
MAXIMUM SHIFTING NORTHWARD INTO CURRENT TSRA AREA...BELIEVE SVR IS STILL
A GOOD POSSIBILITY ACROSS CWFA OVERNIGHT.  WILL MAKE SOME WORDING
