IN SOUTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA ...SOUTHEASTERN RICHLAND COUNTY AT 1115 PM CDT...RADAR SHOWS A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM LOCATED JUST SOUTH OF MOORETON OR 15 MILES WEST OF WAHPETON.
