IN SOUTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA ...BARNES COUNTY AT 410 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 10 MILES NORTHWEST OF VALLEY CITY OR NEAR SANDBORN MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MILES AN HOUR. SOME TOWNS IN THE WARNING AREA INCLUDE ROGERS AND THE LAKE ASHTABULA AREA. REMEMBER SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING.
