IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA ...EASTERN BENSON COUNTY AT 1230 AM CDT...RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 10 MILES SOUTHWEST OF DEVILS LAKE...NEAR FT TOTTEN...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
