IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA ...WESTERN GRAND FORKS COUNTY AT 300 PM CDT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS NEAR NIAGARA....40 MILES WEST OF GRAND FORKS...MOVING EAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR.
