IN NORTHWEST GEORGIA ...CARROLL COUNTY...HARALSON COUNTY AT 1 PM WEATHER RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ALONG GEORGIA AND ALABAMA LINE WEST OF TALLAPOOSA AND BOWDEN. THE STORM WAS MOVING EAST SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
