IN NORTHEAST GEORGIA ...BANKS COUNTY...WHITE COUNTY AT 243 PM EST...DOPPLER SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED NORTHEAST OF GAINSVILLE MOVING TO THE EAST-NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH.
