SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1045 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN WEST CENTRAL GEORGIA

AT 950 PM EDT WEATHER RADAR SHOWED A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS
FROM BUENA VISTA THROUGH ELLAVILLE TO AMERICUS MOVING TO THE
SOUTHWEST AT 35 MPH.  THE LINE OF SEVERE STORMS WILL MOVE INTO
PRESTON AROUND 1015 PM.
 
DAMAGING WIND...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAIN...AND DEADLY LIGHTNING
ARE ALL POSSIBLE IN SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS. STAY INSIDE AWAY FROM
WINDOWS UNTIL THE STORM HAS PASSED. BOATERS, GOLFERS, AND OTHERS
INVOLVED IN OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES SHOULD SEEK SHELTER IMMEDIATELY.
