AT 245 PM HEAVY RAINS CONTINUED OVER TRAVIS AND WILLIAMSON
COUNTIES. ONE AND HALF TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN
SO FAR TODAY AND ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINS ARE MOVING INTO
THESE COUNTIES FROM THE WEST.
