FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  715 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS
 
   ...GILLESPIE COUNTY
 
STRONG SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING ACROSS MUCH OF GILLESPIE
COUNTY PRODUCING RAINFALL RATES IN EXCESS OF ONE INCH AN HOUR. UP TO 3
INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN OVER A LARGE PORTION OF EASTERN
GILLESPIE COUNTY AND WIDESPREAD FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED OVER THE
NEXT SEVERAL HOURS.
 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IMMINENT.
MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT ATTEMPT TO
CROSS BRIDGES...OR LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.  NEVER TRY
