FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  615 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS
 
   ...BEXAR COUNTY
 
AT 405 PM...RADAR INDICATED NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY
HEAVY RAIN MOVING THROUGH SAN ANTONIO AND BEXAR COUNTY. THESE STORMS
WERE PRODUCING 1.5 INCHES OF RAIN AND FLOODING.
 
MOVEMENT WAS NORTH AT 20 MPH.
 
AVOID ALREADY FLOODED AREAS.  TRAVELERS SHOULD NOT ATTEMPT TO
