COVERED MUCH OF DE WITT COUNTY WITH RAINFALL RATES OF BETWEEN 1 AND 2
INCHES PER HOUR. WITH THE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUING FOR THE
NEXT COUPLE HOURS OR LONGER...THE POTENTIAL FOR HEAVY RAIN AND FLOODING
