RIVERS AND SMALL STREAMS... AND HAS RESULTED IN WIDESPREAD FLOODING.
 
WEATHER SPOTTERS HAVE INDICATED THAT AN INCH TO 1.5 INCHES OF RAIN
HAS FALLEN SINCE THURSDAY EVENING. EMERGENCY SERVICES IN SAGINAW
REPORTED WIDESPREAD PONDING OF WATER IN FIELDS AND ACROSS MANY ROADS.
ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF AROUND AN INCH OR INCH AND ONE HALF ARE
POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING... BEFORE CHANGING OVER TO SNOW TONI

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
AB<ANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
