ACROSS MUCH OF NW AND WC MN. ADAP ALSO SHOWING A SURFACE MIXING
RATIO OF 17 G/KG AHEAD OF FRONTAL SYSTEM EXTENDING FROM NE ND
TO SW SD. SURFACE BASED LIFTED INDEX HAS INCREASED TO -11.
