  EXTREME SOUTHERN DAWES COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN NEBRASKA PANHANDLE
  NORTHERN AND WESTERN BOX BUTTE COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN NEBRASKA

* AT 315 PM A LINE OF STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED
  BETWEEN BOX BUTTE DAM AND 22 MILES WEST SOUTHWEST OF HEMINGFORD.
  THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE NEARLY STATIONARY. SPOTTERS HAVE REPORTED
  HEAVY RAIN...CAUSING PONDING OF WATER. WEATHER RADAR INDICATED THAT
  OVER 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN IN THE LAST HOUR. IF THE
  THUNDERSTORMS REMAIN STATIONARY...2 TO 3 MORE INCHES OF RAIN ARE
  POSSIBLE IN THE AFFECTED AREAS.

  THESE THUNDERSTORMS ARE ALSO CAPABLE OF LARGE HAIL FROM ONE TO ONE
  AND A HALF INCHES IN DIAMETER. SPOTTERS HAVE REPORTED HAIL TO ONE
  HALF INCH IN DIAMETER.

  THIS WARNING REPLACES THE PREVIOUS WARNING FOR EXTREME NORTHERN BOX
  BUTTE AND EXTREME SOUTHERN DAWES COUNTY.
 
 
IF YOUR CAR STALLS IN THE WATER...ABANDON IT IMMEDIATELY AND GO TO
HIGHER GROUND.  MANY DEATHS HAVE RESULTED FROM ATTEMPTS TO MOVE
STALLED V~EHICLES.
