IN PENNSYLVANIA ...CLINTON COUNTY AT 355 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED TWO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS IN CLINTON COUNTY. THE FIRST STORM WILL REACH LOCK HAVEN BY 415 PM.
