FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1030 PM CST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY......

AT 730 PM CST A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED JUST WEST OF
VICTORIA. MOVEMENT WAS TO THE NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
 
THIS ACTIVITY HAS PRODUCED OVER 1 INCH OF RAINFALL IN GOLIAD
COUNTY AND SIMILAR AMOUNTS ARE EXPECTED IN VICTORIA COUNTY
DURING THE NEXT TWO HOURS.
 
WITH ALL OF THE RAINFALL DURING THE PAST WEEK...FLASH FLOODING
IS POSSIBLE WITH THIS THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS

GOOD MOISTURE CONVERGENCE OUT AHEAD.  18Z CRP SOUNDING SHOWS 1.60
INCHES OF PW WITH MUCH SMALLER CAP AT 1.4 DEG C.  UPPER S/W'S
INTERACTING WITH THE FNT TO PRODUCE A LINE OF SLOW MOVING TSRA OVER
NORTHERN MCMULLEN/LIVE OAK/BEE AND GOLIAD COUNTIES WHERE 1-3 INCHES
OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN PAST 3 HOURS.  LOOKS AS THOUGH SFC FNT WILL
CONTINUE A SLOW DRIFT TOWARD THE COAST THROUGH MIDNIGHT WITH A GOOD
CHC OF TSRA OVER THE EASTERN HALF OF CWA.  CONSIDERING AMT OF
RAINFALL THAT HAS OCCURRED IN THE VCT AREA PAST WEEK...GROUND IS
SATURATED THEREFORE WILL ISSUE A FFA FOR GOLIAD...VICTORIA...CALHOUN
AND REFUGIO COUNTIES UNTIL MIDNIGHT.

FNT WILL PUSH THROUGH ENTIRE AREA BY MIDNIGHT WITH A BREEZY NORTHERLY
FLOW DEVELOPING THEREAFTER.  THIS WILL SCOUR OUT THE LOW LVL MOISTURE
AND LEAVE WEAK OVERRUNNING AT H85.  MID-UPPER LVL MOISTURE REMAINS IN
PLACE THROUGH 48HRS AS CUT-OFF LOW SITS OVER SOUTHERN AZ/NM.  THIS
WILL CONTINUE CHC OF -RA THROUGH ALL FOUR FCST PERIODS.
WILL HOLD TEMPS CLOSE TO GUIDENCE.
