FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  445 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY......
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS

AT 240 AM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS NORTHERN NUECES COUNTY AND CORPUS CHRISTI
BAY...MOVING NORTHWARD INTO SAN PATRICIO COUNTY.  RAINFALL
AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES WITH ISOLATED HIGHER TOTALS ARE LIKELY
DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS.
 
THIS RAINFALL IN ADDITION TO VERY HEAVY RAINFALL AMOUNTS RECORDED ON
THURSDAY WILL CAUSE EXTREMELY DANGEROUS FLOODING AS THE GROUND
IS COMPLETELY SATURATED.  MAJOR FLOODING OF STREETS...ROADWAYS...
UNDERPASSES AND LOW LYING AREAS CAN BE EXPECTED.  TRAVEL IS
DISCOURAGED DURING THE OVERNIGHT HOURS.  THIS IS AN EXTREMELY
DANGEROUS WEATHER SITUATION.
