FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY......

HEAVY RAINS CONTINUE OVER GOLIAD COUNTY WITH RAINFALL RATES OF 3 TO
4 INCHES PER HOUR POSSIBLE. HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE OVER GOLIAD
COUNTY UNTIL 8 PM.
 
FLOODING IS LIKELY OVER ROADWAYS AND MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO NEVER
CROSS A WATER COVERED ROADWAY.
 
STRONG THUNDERSTORMS OVER GOLIAD COUNTY WILL ALSO PRODUCE STRONG GUSTY
WINDS TO 40 MPH AND SMALL HAIL.

(WEBB...LASALLE...MCMULLEN AND DUVAL).  FFG IS LOW IN MOST OF THESE
AREAS AND ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL LIKELY CREATE PROBLEMS.  CURRENT
