IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS ...NORTHERN WEBB COUNTY DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR INDICATES STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL CONTINUING TO DEVELOP OVER NORTHERN WEBB COUNTY. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAINFALL HAS FALLEN IN ONE HOUR ALONG HIGHWAY 83 NORTH OF INTERSTATE 35. ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS MOVING OVER NORTHERN WEBB COUNTY MAY PRODUCE ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF 1 TO 3 INCHES...LIKELY CAUSING FLOODING AND FLASH FLOODING. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.
