IN NORTH CENTRAL OHIO ...RICHLAND COUNTY A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM BETWEEN SHELBY AND MANSFIELD WILL MOVE SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH ACROSS MANSFIELD. LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS ARE LIKELY WITH THE STORM.
