FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAM
EFFECTIVE UNTIL  115 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN CENTRAL OHIO
 
   ...MARION COUNTY...MORROW COUNTY
 
THUNDERSTORM RAINS WILL PRODUCE FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS...LOW LYING
AREAS... AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS. THE STORMS WILL AFFECT MUCH OF MARION
COUNTY AND MOST OF SOUTHERN MORROW COUNTY THROUGH AT LEAST MIDNIGHT.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
