AT 430 PM WEATHER SERVICE RADAR IN CLEVELAND INDICATED A SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM NEAR EDINBORO IN SOUTHERN ERIE COUNTY. THE STORM WAS MOVING
TO THE EAST AT 50 MPH AND HAD PRODUCED WINDS TO 70 MPH IN CRAWFORD
COUNTY AT 425 PM.
