FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAM
EFFECTIVE UNTIL  530 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN  PENNSYLVANIA
 
   ...CRAWFORD COUNTY...ERIE COUNTY
 
AT 435 PM WEATHER SERVICE RADAR IN CLEVELAND INDICATED FROM ONE HALF TO
THREE QUARTER INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN ACROSS PORTIONS OF ERIE AND
CRAWFORD COUNTIES FROM 4 TO 430 PM. THIS HAS PRODUCED LOCAL FLOODING OF
URBAN AREAS AS WELL AS SMALL STREAMS. ANOTHER INCH OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE
WITH THE STORMS THROUGH 530 PM AND COULD RESULT IN ADDITIONAL FLOODING.
 
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULDh BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
