AT 1202 AM EDT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IN SOUTHERN
ASHTABULA COUNTY NEAR ANDOVER. THE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 40
MPH AND WILL MOVE ACROSS MAINLY SOUTHERN CRAWFORD COUNTY PENNSYLVANIA.
DAMAGING HAIL AND WIND DAMAGE MAY OCCUR.
