AT 330 PM WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR IN CLEVELAND INDICATED A SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM NEAR FOSTORIA IN SENECA COUNTY. THE STORM WAS MOVING TO THE
EAST AT 30 MPH AND WILL REACH TIFFIN BY 340 PM.
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55
MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
