AT 817 PM...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ALONG THE
SOUTHERN MORROW COUNTY LINE NEAR SPARTA. THIS STORM WAS MOVING EAST AT
40 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL AFFECT THE TOWN OF MOUNT VERNON IN KNOX COUNTY
BY 900 PM.
