THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A
FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS
EFFECTIVE UNTIL  415 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

AT 220 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR WAS SHOWING
THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINS OVER NORTHWEST LUCAS COUNTY NEAR THE CITY
OF BERKEY. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT AROUND 2 TO 2.5 INCHES OF RAIN HAS
FALLEN SINCE 1:20 PM. SOME FLOODING OF FIELDS AND STREETS WERE REPORTED
IN THIS AREA.
 
ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL OCCUR THIS AFTERNOON. THEY
WERE MOVING SLOWLY AND WILL CONTINUE TO CAUSE HEAVY RAINS.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHENR GROUND.
