FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

   ...ASHTABULA COUNTY
 
AT 1250 AM FLOODING WAS OCCURRING MAINLY IN THE SOUTHERN PART OF
ASHTABULA COUNTY...SOUTH OF JEFFERSON. THIS IS A DANGEROUS SITUATION.
RAINFALL AMOUNTS IN AN HOUR WERE IN EXCESS OF AN INCH.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERSB.  DO
