IN SOUTH CAROLINA ...EASTERN RICHLAND COUNTY WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM JUST EAST OF COLUMBIA JUST SOUTH OF FORT JACKSON. THIS STORM IS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.
