IN SOUTH CAROLINA ...NEWBERRY COUNTY NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES STRONG TO POSSIBLY SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS MOVING EAST AT 45 MPH.
