IN SOUTH CAROLINA ...BAMBERG COUNTY NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED A THUNDERSTORM WITH LARGE HAIL AND STRONG WINDS JUST SOUTHEAST OF GOVAN MOVING NORTHEAST.
