AT 638 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR WOODWARD ABOUT 15 MILES NORTHWEST OF THE CITY
OF WINNSBORO. THIS STORM IS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH AND SHOULD MOVE
OVER WINNSBORO AROUND 715 PM.
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55
MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
