FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

AT 535 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
OVER NORTHEAST LEXINGTON COUNTY OVER IRMO. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING
TOWARD THE SOUTHEAST AT 40 MPH AND IS EXPECTED TO MOVE INTO THE CITY OF
COLUMBIA BEFORE 6 PM.
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55
MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
THESE WINDS BLOW DOWN TREES...POWER LINES...AND SEVERELY DAMAGE
MOBILE HOMES.  FOR YOUR PROTECTION MOVE TO AN INTERIOR ROOM ON THE
