THUNDERSTORM WITH LARGE HAIL ABOUT 10 MILES WEST NORTHWEST OF WINNSBORO
MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10 TO 15 MPH. THE STORM WILL PASS CLOSE TO THE TOWN
OF BLACKSTOCK BY AROUND 145 PM.
