IN SOUTH CAROLINA ...AIKEN COUNTY AT 310 PM EST NWS DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 7 MILES WEST OF NEW ELLENTON. THIS STORM IS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH. THIS STORM WILL PASS NEAR OR JUST TO THE SOUTH OF AIKEN AROUND 330 PM. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
